Founded in 2008, CBMJ Investments & Development, LLC (CBMJ) is a first-generation real estate investment company that specializes in acquisition, renovation, and management of real estate assets. Since 2008, the company has owned, developed, constructed, or managed over 100 projects consisting of over 2.1m square feet. CBMJ’s initial focus was on retail, office and multifamily construction, but began acquiring and developing multifamily assets in 2013 and has since grown by 350% to a current portfolio of 450 apartment units.
