Founded in 2008, CBMJ Investments & Development, LLC (CBMJ) is a first-generation real estate investment company that specializes in acquisition, renovation, and management of real estate assets. Since 2008, the company has owned, developed, constructed, or managed over 100 projects consisting of over 2.1m square feet. CBMJ’s initial focus was on retail, office and multifamily construction, but began acquiring and developing multifamily assets in 2013 and has since grown by 350% to a current portfolio of 450 apartment units. 
CBMJ has built the professional infrastructure capable of effectively managing its expanding portfolio of multifamily real estate assets that include several multifamily classes. CBMJ creates superior risk adjusted returns for its investors by utilizing its skills in accessing attractive transactions, executing a value-add program, and employing active operational and asset management.
